Dr. Catherine Roach is a board-certified dermatologist at Carolina Dermatology in Greenville, SC. With a comprehensive expertise in both medical and cosmetic dermatology, Dr. Roach is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. She earned her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina where she served on the Honor Council. She completed her dermatology residency at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA where she was named 2021 - 2022 University Medical Center Resident of the Year.
