EEO Statement: EEO/Disabled/Veterans Our organization supports a drug-free work environment. Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy We need to extract sections. We have: - About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph(s) describing role, mission, etc. Could be "About the role" includes the first paragraph about innovation, highly trained staff, etc. Also the "Position Summary" could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. Usually "About the role" is a brief description. We'll include content that describes the role, mission, team, etc. - Responsibilities: list of duties. The "Core Functions" list many responsibilities. Also "Position Summary" maybe part of responsibilities. We'll extract bullet list. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (list). Also maybe "Must have ARRT(R) and BLS." etc. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications. - Skills: maybe "Must demonstrate effective communication skills, human relations skills, ability to analyze data and solve problems." Could be under Skills. - Benefits: The posting mentions "SIGN-Ons Start at $10K". That's a sign-on bonus. Also maybe other benefits not mentioned. So we have a sign-on bonus of $10K. That's a benefit. Also maybe "Innovation and highly trained staff." Not a benefit. So we can include a Benefits section with sign-on bonus. - Pay: Not explicitly stated besides sign-on. No base pay. So we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does not state base pay, so we omit Pay. - Schedule: The posting mentions "Full-Time: 4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts". Also "Work Shift: Varied". So we have schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, Privacy Policy, drug-free work environment, etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must preserve all substantive info. We need to format using

for section headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. We need to decide which content goes where. Let's extract substantive paragraphs. Introductory text: "SIGN-Ons Start at $10K ** Innovation and highly trained staff. Our non-invasive team members play a critical role in ensuring the best care for our patients. Join a nationally recognized leader that values excellence and begin making a difference in people’s lives. As a Special Procedures Technologist, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced team. Our Cath Lab Tech is an integral part of the Cath lab team. Our Cardiovascular Techs are responsible for many duties, including medical imaging responsibilities, scrubbing, circulating and monitoring during the procedure." That seems like about the role and maybe benefits (sign-on). We'll separate. Location: "Location: Multiple Locations across Phoenix facilities". Could be part of About the role or maybe not needed. Might be considered metadata; we could include in About the role as a sentence. Shift: "Full-Time: 4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts". That's schedule. "Must have ARRT(R) and BLS." That's a requirement. "Have you finished your Rad Tech license and looking to start your career with amazing growth potential? Our Special Procedure Technologists are active partners with the physician during the case and are essential to the procedure. Apply now and get ready to scrub in! Still working on completing your Radiology degree? Check out our Cardiovascular Tech and RCIS positions!" This is promotional, maybe part of About the role. Then "Position Summary This position performs prescribed specialized radiographic procedures as directed by following department/facility policies, procedures and protocols. The incumbent ensures optimal care/treatment to patient population." That's about role. Then "Core Functions" list many responsibilities. Then "Minimum Qualifications" list. Then "Preferred Qualifications" list. Now we need to decide sections. We'll create:

    About the role

... (combined intro, position summary, location maybe)

    Responsibilities

    • ... each core function as list items

    Requirements

    • ... minimum qualifications as list items

    Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications: Additional related education and/or experience preferred.

    (maybe as

    or

      but it's just one line.)

      Skills

Must demonstrate effective communication skills, human relations skills, ability to analyze data and solve problems.

(maybe also basic knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology, basic understanding of Cath Lab procedures and protocols. Those could be skills too.) We could combine skills into a list.

      Benefits

      Sign-on bonus: $10,000.

      Schedule

      Full-time options: 4 ten‑hour shifts or 5 eight‑hour shifts per week.

We must not include Pay section. We must ensure we don't include placeholders like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. Need to check for duplication. Let's extract the core functions list precisely: "Performs radiographic diagnostic/interventional special procedures by following and verifying referring providers’ orders. Uses independent judgment and applies learned methodologies according to established policy and procedures. Educates patients/families regarding procedure and/or treatment to be performed. Demonstrates professional behavior/conduct in all interactions; fosters teamwork, efficient use of resources and quality patient outcomes. • . Some sentences are long; we can keep as is. Minimum Qualifications list: "Recent graduate or less than 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology (EP) or equivalent experience, working routine diagnostics and basic interventions. Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited Radiologic Technology program. Requires ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology (RT) as required by state law. Note: The last item about communication skills appears also in Minimum Qualifications. We might want to avoid duplication; but it's part of Minimum Qualifications. We could still include it there. For Skills section we could also include but maybe we should not duplicate. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplicated lines: we should not repeat the same line verbatim. If the same content appears in two places, we need to decide whether to include both? The instruction says "remove duplicated lines". So we should deduplicate identical lines. The communication skills line
