We need to remove boilerplate: "American Food & Vending is an Equal Opportunity Employer." Also "Chat with Scout..." and "Text JOB..." are application instructions, remove.
Also remove "About Us" maybe? The instruction says we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. "About Us" is not one of those sections; we could incorporate relevant info into "About the role" maybe? But we should not create sections not listed. The instruction: "use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying these are examples; we could also use other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect we only use those headings if we have content. So we should map content to these headings.
We have:
- Pay: $18 per hour - $21 per hour. So we can have a Pay section with that info.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM. Also mention flexible schedule may include weekdays, evenings, weekends in Qualifications. But schedule specifics given: Monday-Friday 5:30 AM-2:00 PM. So we can have Schedule section with that.
- Benefits: The "American Dining Creations Offers" list includes Weekly Pay, 401K with company match, Delicious employee meal and beverage during your shift, Employee Referral Bonus Program, Employee Assistance Program, Some positions may include flexible hours and shifts, Eligible employees offered Medical, Prescription, Dental, and Vision Plans, Uniforms and Safety Shoes provided, Learning and advancement opportunities. So we can list those as benefits.
- About the role: The summary paragraph: "The Catering Supervisor at American Dining Creations is responsible for overseeing and coordinating catering operations, leading a team of event staff, and maintaining high standards of overall event success. Your focus will be on creating memorable experiences for our guests while efficiently managing resources and fostering a positive work environment, while working in collaboration with the on-site Catering Director." That's about the role.
- Responsibilities: list of duties.
- Qualifications: list of qualifications.
- Skills: maybe we can extract skills from qualifications: interpersonal and communication skills, leadership and organizational skills, detail oriented, customer focused, ability to multi-task, knowledge of food safety, familiarity with industry trends, proficient with computer skills, able to work flexible schedule, able to lift 50lbs etc. But we already have Qualifications section; Skills could be separate but we might combine. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could merge Skills into Qualifications or maybe not create Skills if it's thin. However we have Qualifications already; we could keep Qualifications and not create Skills unless we have distinct skill content not covered. The qualifications list includes many skill-like items. So we can omit Skills section.
- Requirements: maybe we could treat driver's license as a requirement? The line "Role requires a valid driver's license." That's a requirement. Also maybe "Must be able to lift 50lbs..." could be requirement. But we already have Qualifications covering experience etc. Could create a Requirements section for mandatory items like driver's license, physical ability. However we might combine into Qualifications. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections; we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's six sections. Could we combine Pay and Schedule into one? Probably better separate as they are distinct.
We must not include filler/placeholder text. All content we have is specific.
We must not repeat job title as heading. We won't.
We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO line, application instructions.
We must also remove duplicated lines: I don't see duplicates.
