Catering Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, pack, and execute delivery orders and full-service events from start to finish.
• Manage timelines for people and product.
• Set up and serve with pride.
• Keep catering equipment and vehicles clean and road-ready.
• Represent Jim 'N Nick's everywhere the smoker's reputation travels.
• Work rain or shine; the event goes on, and so do you.

Requirements

• Organized, self-directed, and great with guests outside the four walls.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Take pride in showing up on time with everything right.
• Food service or event experience helps but is not required.
• Able to stand and walk your full shift.
• Carry trays and items up to 30 lbs for short distances.
• Bend and reach as needed.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions for event setup and delivery.
