Position Objective

BIBIBOP is seeking a Catering Ambassador to support our Catering Manager with flawless event execution.

Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with current guests and partners.
• Manage catering events from start to finish—including delivery, setup, service, and breakdown.
• Maintain organized, up‑to‑date logs of current and upcoming catering orders.
• Support store teams with all aspects of catering execution.

Schedule

Full‑time Monday – Friday position with flexibility required for early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends based on event bookings. Core weekday hours support offsite operations, account management, order logistics, and the home store location. Schedule will fluctuate with catering volume and seasonal demand.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Relevant experience in restaurant, catering, or operations.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; mileage reimbursement provided for personal vehicle use.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb and stand for extended periods of time.
