Catering Services Worker Lead

The Catering Service Worker Lead oversees and supports catering operations, ensuring brand standards and initiatives are met across diverse event sizes and locations. Key Responsibilities Include Supervising staff, coordinating rental equipment, and managing setup, service, and breakdown of catered foods and beverages.Booking events, selecting, costing, and pricing menu items.Assisting with hiring, discipline, and performance evaluations.Collaborating with internal departments, vendors, and representing the organization at meetings and events.Maintaining sanitation, safety, and organizational standards through supervision and checklists.Participating in and developing catering training programs for staff.Implementing and adhering to operational initiatives and guidelines. Qualifications Include At least two years of operational experience in hotel or banquet settings.Experience with event booking preferred.Valid Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications required. Physical demands may include lifting, bending, standing, and wearing PPE.
