Responsibilities
- Develop and manage catering sales plans to meet revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Cook with kitchen staff to ensure quality and timely catering services
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to potential clients
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics
- Aid in promoting catering services through various channels
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall marketing strategies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn; entry-level candidates are welcome
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with catering industry best practices is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Pay
A competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 annually
