About the role

The Hotel Catering Sales Manager is responsible for booking and coordinating food, beverage, and event space for weddings, corporate meetings, and social gatherings.

Responsibilities

• Book and coordinate food, beverage, and event space for weddings, corporate meetings, and social gatherings.
• Manage relationships with clients and vendors to ensure satisfaction and successful event execution.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders within the hotel and community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel catering sales or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with hotel reservation systems.
• Knowledge of local wedding and event regulations.

Pay

$70,000 - $75,000 annually
