About the role
The Hotel Catering Sales Manager is responsible for booking and coordinating food, beverage, and event space for weddings, corporate meetings, and social gatherings.
Responsibilities
- Book and coordinate food, beverage, and event space for weddings, corporate meetings, and social gatherings.
- Manage relationships with clients and vendors to ensure satisfaction and successful event execution.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders within the hotel and community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel catering sales or related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with hotel reservation systems.
- Knowledge of local wedding and event regulations.
Skills

Pay
$70,000 - $75,000 annually
