Qualifications

  • Experience in hotel sales, catering sales, small group sales, or event sales
  • Urban, lifestyle, or downtown hotel market experience
  • Proven ability to generate new business, exceed revenue goals, and build lasting client relationships
  • Strong negotiation, prospecting, and closing skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience with CRM systems, hotel sales software, and modern prospecting tools
  • Strategic, creative, and results-driven mindset
