- Experience in hotel sales, catering sales, small group sales, or event sales
- Urban, lifestyle, or downtown hotel market experience
- Proven ability to generate new business, exceed revenue goals, and build lasting client relationships
- Strong negotiation, prospecting, and closing skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience with CRM systems, hotel sales software, and modern prospecting tools
- Strategic, creative, and results-driven mindset
