Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies
- Monitor market trends and adjust pricing accordingly
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align on promotional campaigns
- Analyze data to optimize room rates and occupancy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in revenue management or similar field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Experience with PMS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passion for hospitality and a deep understanding of the industry
