Key Responsibilities
- Develop new catering business by building relationships with local organizations, businesses, event planners, and community partners
- Consult with clients to design customized events, menus, and experiences that exceed expectations
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully manage events from inquiry through execution
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills to build long-term partnerships
- Partner closely with Culinary, Event Operations, and Resort Leadership to ensure seamless event delivery and outstanding guest satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to maximize revenue through creative event solutions and exceptional client service

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in catering sales and event management
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with event planning software and tools
Skills
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel as needed
