Key Responsibilities
- Build excellent relationships with clients, third parties, and community organizations to generate catering business for the hotel.
- Prospect for new business, respond to incoming RFPs and inquiries, execute contracts and BEOs, and communicate client expectations to the hotel team.

- Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations

Education & Experience
- Hotel experience is always a plus!
- Applicants should have a college degree or two years of hotel experience
- Previous experience in a similar or related position
- Additional consideration will be given to applicants who have completed special certifications
