Catering Lead
Responsibilities
- Preparing dry goods, food, and ensuring timely delivery and presentation
- Fostering relationships with current clients and seeking new catering opportunities
- Managing the catering order process from receiving to preparation and delivery
- Assembling and verifying catering orders for accuracy
- Implementing the Modern Market Catering Strategy
- Handling orders promptly, including occasional nights and weekends
- Exhibiting friendliness, politeness, punctuality, and adaptability to client needs
- Fulfilling hourly duties within the restaurant, including cashier duties, guest assistance, or supporting the line as needed
Requirements
- Certified food handlers and TABC (Texas)
- Reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance coverage
