Catering Lead
Living wages - Competitive pay starting at $17-$23 an hour.
- Prepare dry goods, food, and ensure timely delivery and presentation.
- Foster relationships with current clients and seek new catering opportunities.
- Manage the catering order process from receiving to preparation and delivery.
- Assemble and verify catering orders for accuracy, implementing Modern Market Catering Strategy.
- Handle orders promptly, including occasional nights and weekends, with a pleasant and accommodating demeanor.
- Show friendliness, politeness, punctuality, and adaptability to client needs.
- Support hourly duties within the restaurant, including cashier duties, guest assistance, or supporting the line as needed.
Requirements
- Certified food handlers and TABC (Texas)
- Reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance coverage
