Competency in assembling and verifying catering orders to ensure accuracy, while implementing the Modern Market Catering Strategy, is essential. Flexibility to handle orders promptly, including orders that arise on occasional nights and weekends, with a pleasant and accommodating demeanor towards clients. Furthermore, the Catering Lead Coordinator must exhibit qualities such as friendliness, politeness, punctuality, and adaptability to client needs. Beyond catering duties or during down times, the role also includes the responsibility of fulfilling hourly duties within the restaurant, which may include cashier duties, guest assistance, or supporting the line as needed.
