Work Schedule

Monday–Friday
Hours may vary based on event needs but are primarily daytime.
Occasional weekend coverage may be required, though it is rare.

Prepare and Cook Meals

  • Follow production records, including short-order and batch cooking
  • Maintain quality, portion, and temperature standards

Food Preparation

  • Review pull sheets
  • Organize ingredients
  • Ensure readiness for daily service and high-volume production

Food Safety and Sanitation

  • Clean kitchen equipment and work areas
  • Record temperatures
  • Adhere to health and regulatory standards

Inventory Management

  • Properly label, date, rotate (FIFO), and store inventory to minimize waste and ensure food safety

Team Operations

  • Collaborate with managers and coworkers to meet service goals
  • Communicate operational needs
  • Deliver efficient meal service

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
