Work Schedule
Monday–Friday
Hours may vary based on event needs but are primarily daytime.
Occasional weekend coverage may be required, though it is rare.
Prepare and Cook Meals
- Follow production records, including short-order and batch cooking
- Maintain quality, portion, and temperature standards
Food Preparation
- Review pull sheets
- Organize ingredients
- Ensure readiness for daily service and high-volume production
Food Safety and Sanitation
- Clean kitchen equipment and work areas
- Record temperatures
- Adhere to health and regulatory standards
Inventory Management
- Properly label, date, rotate (FIFO), and store inventory to minimize waste and ensure food safety
Team Operations
- Collaborate with managers and coworkers to meet service goals
- Communicate operational needs
- Deliver efficient meal service
