About the role
Location: University of Utah. Address: 200 S Central Campus Drive, Rm 30, Salt Lake City, UT 84112.
Schedule: Full time schedule with varying shifts available between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM. More details provided upon interview.
Responsibilities
- Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure.
- Provide training and create work schedules.
- Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
- Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
- May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1‑2 years of catering supervisory experience required.

Pay
Pay range: $20.00 per hour to $23.00 per hour.
