Catering Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drivers and deliveries for the day
• Follow up with drivers and guests after deliveries to ensure satisfaction
• Complete all catering accounting procedures daily
• Make at least two sales calls per day and log them in the sales report
• Fill out front-of-house and back-of-house prep lists for catering orders
• Perform other duties as requested by management
