Catering Coordinator
Location: University of Vermont
Schedule
Mornings and afternoon/evenings on varying days, including some weekends and holidays.
Pay
$24.00 – $28.00 per hour
About the role
As a Catering Coordinator at Sodexo, you are process-focused and detail-oriented. Your dedication to details and helping others will bring meaningful impact to everyone. Utilizing your excellent oral and written skills, you will effectively serve as a point of contact for events such as caterings, reservations, bookings, and other services.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, and preparing progress reports.
- Coordinate logistics, setup/knockdown, and on-site problem resolution.
- Assist in daily coordination of projects, including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements.
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
- Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
