About the role
NHS Western Isles is seeking a Catering Assistant to join the catering team at Western Isles Hospital. The role involves working across various sections of the department, supporting food preparation, service, and maintaining cleanliness standards. The post is permanent, 19.73 hours per week, with a salary of £26,696–£28,988 per annum (pro rata) plus a Distant Islands Allowance of £1,461 (pro rata). Previous catering experience is advantageous but not essential.
