Manager, Program and Health Equity

Cancer Support Community is seeking a Manager, Program and Health Equity to join their Health Equity and Program team.

• Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance health equity within the organization.
• Collaborate with program staff to ensure programs are culturally responsive and inclusive.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify disparities and develop targeted interventions.
• Advocate for policy changes that promote health equity in the community.
• Requirements:
• A Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Public Policy, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in health equity, program management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of health disparities and social determinants of health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Qualifications:
• Experience working with diverse populations and communities.
• Knowledge of federal and state health policies and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
