Key Responsibilities
- Aid in all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery motions, and briefs.
- Manage court filings and support case preparation for both state and federal proceedings.
- Take and defend depositions under partner supervision.
- Argue motions commensurate with experience.
Qualifications
- JD degree from an accredited law school.
- Active Virginia State Bar license.
- Two or more years of litigation experience preferred.
- Experience with federal and state court cases.
- Proficiency in drafting pleadings, briefs, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
- Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
