CAT Rental Store Technician

Job Summary

The CAT Rental Store Technician will perform operational duties for diesel and gasoline engines, as well as boom lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, and other general earthmoving and material handling equipment, including inspections, maintenance, service, and repair.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Must meet or exceed the requirements of a CRS Technician Level Trainee

Minimum Skills And Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of experience with hands-on mechanical servicing and repair work with aerial work platform equipment, material handling equipment, or earthmoving equipment
• Experience in maintaining and repairing Aerial Work Platforms, preferably JLG and Genie
• Experience servicing and dispatching a fleet of boom lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, and other earthmoving and material-handling equipment
• Knowledge and experience with both diesel and gas engine mechanics
• Experience in electronics and hydraulics systems
