Casual Staff – Communications, Calendar & Administrative Consulting
Position Summary
This position will partner with school leadership to support communications, calendar management, and key administrative functions. This role is ideal for an experienced school leader who brings both a deep understanding of school culture and a willingness to engage in the day-to-day work that keeps a school running smoothly. Working closely with the Principal and administrative team, this individual will help ensure continuity, clarity, and thoughtful coordination across school operations while serving as a trusted, experienced voice.
Position Responsibilities
Serve as a thought partner to the Principal and the administrative team
Offer guidance based on prior school leadership experience
Support organizational systems and help strengthen internal processes
Mentor and support administrative staff, as appropriate
Aid with special projects and school-wide initiatives as needed
Experience & Educational Background
Prior experience in school leadership or administration strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage school communications and scheduling
Experience mentoring or supporting administrative staff is a plus
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
Skills & Competencies
Deep understanding of school culture and day-to-day operations
Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail
Excellent written communication and a warm, professional voice
Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and good judgment
High level of discretion and sensitivity to school dynamics
Collaborative, approachable, and team-oriented
Comfort with Google Workspace, calendar systems, and social media platforms
