This is a flexible, opt-in position designed for ultimate flexibility without a hard commitment. Casual Employees do not have a set schedule and can pick up shifts that fit their busy lives.

Pay

Guaranteed $22/hour, paid every other Friday.

Schedule

Shifts are offered 24–48 hours in advance via email. Most available shifts fall within regular business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with many shifts lasting less than 8 hours (minimum of 4 hours). No nights or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pack and label orders following appropriate company procedures
• Prepare products for shipment, including mug rolling and box building
• Ensure packing stations are kept neat, orderly, and trash emptied daily
• Adhere to inventory control procedures to prevent the loss of product through damage, aging, or theft
• Perform work activities in accordance with our Safety Policy and Procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Entry-level position; no prior experience required
• Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Requires bending, stretching, twisting, stooping, carrying, lifting, and reaching above the shoulder with up to 25 lbs
• Ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels
• Ability to work with fragrant products (including coffee, soap, tea, and eco-friendly cleaning supplies)
• Attention to detail
