Warehouse Worker

About the role

Habegger Corporation is an experienced HVAC distributor providing top-quality products since 1952, with over 40 locations across 8 states. We're seeking an accuracy-driven and safety-focused Warehouse Worker to maintain daily efficiency and organization at our Nashville, TN facility, with backup delivery driver duties as needed. While experience is valued, we're open to entry-level candidates willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Pick customers' HVAC orders, prepare shipments, and receive incoming shipments with accuracy as a priority
• Load and unload trucks; stock inventory in correct locations
• Serve as backup delivery driver: operate a 26-foot box truck, follow all road laws, transport materials carefully, and communicate professionally with customers
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Ensure personal and team safety at all times
• Support special projects and seasonal demands as needed

Requirements

• 21+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Medical DOT card or ability to obtain one
• Ability to perform physical job functions, including lifting 50 lbs
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Customer service skills and comfort interacting with internal and external customers
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Willingness to serve as backup delivery driver when needed

Warehouse experience preferred but not required. Forklift experience or licensure beneficial.

Schedule

Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm, with some variation as needed to meet seasonal demands or contribute to special projects.
