Casino Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning all slot machines, floors, windows, walls, stairs, and elevators.
• Responsible for vacuuming all floors.
• Cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking all restrooms.
• Mopping floors around the bars, restrooms, and entrance.
• Removing all trash and debris from machines, floors, and trash cans and depositing in the outside dumpsters.
• Creating a clean, safe, friendly, and fun atmosphere for all guests and employees.
• Cleaning up biohazard fluids on the property while wearing the appropriate protective gear.
• Completing all company-required training within designated time frames.
• Providing superior guest service, positively affecting interactions with guests and employees, and having the resilience to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.
• Reporting to work in a neat, clean, and pressed uniform.
• Wearing gloves while cleaning.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, follow instructions, and understand visual aids.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Missouri Gaming License.
