Job Duties
- Greets valued guests in a courteous manner
- Develops recognition for guests
- Extends a positive image to guests
- Obtains photo identification and player cards for complimentary requests
- Records all guests entering lounges on daily tally sheet
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Approves access to VIP benefits and lounges
- Promotes superior guest service
- Extends complementary services in accordance with the approved comp matrix
Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma is required
- One year of high volume casino experience is required
- Must be able to stand during entire shift with frequent reaching, bending and stooping
- Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours including weekends and holidays
