Responsibilities

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures
• Responsible for inventory of the Casino Cage (chip, check, main or front window banks, booths, cashier banks, automated redemption machines, and ticket redemption machines)
• Maintains compliance with the CCC Act of New Jersey
• Maintains compliance with the IRS CTR Laws
• Participates in the daily reconciliation of the casino finance area
• Supervises, schedules, evaluates and trains cage cashiers
• Performs other related duties as delegated by departmental management
• Verify the Banks and/or Windows on their respective floor at the end of each shift and complete a Daily Shift Report outlining any variances, problems
• Ensure prompt and discrete notification to senior management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts and/or internal ethics violations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience or proficient in a supervisory, casino cage, banking, or cashiering role
• Flexibility of shift and hours required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a key license from the NJ DGE
