About the Role

This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a professional appearance at all times, clean and well-groomed as per standard.
• Provides friendly, quick, and professional service to guests and co-workers.
• Mixes and prepares drink orders according to Hollywood’s standards; garnishes properly.
• Accurately operates cash register by ringing in all transactions, accepts payment, and provides change.
• Requests stock and checks bar to monitor stock levels.
• Maintains cleanliness of bar and station.
• Follows safety rules.
• Able to answer questions when asked about Hollywood operations.
• Prepares bars for the following shift by completing opening and closing duties.
• Notifies Supervisor if a guest appears intoxicated.
• Notifies Management of equipment problems.
• Attends all staff briefings and meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Regular attendance in conformance with company standards is essential.
• Team members with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action procedures up to and including termination of employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Thorough knowledge of mixing drinks.
• Minimum 6 months of bartending experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must understand and speak the English language.

Pay

Starting salary: $15.93
