About the role

The CRT Integration Lead is responsible for leading the integration, troubleshooting, and technical execution of Casing Running Tool (CRT) systems during rig-up, commissioning, and live operations. This role serves as the technical authority in the field for CRT integration activities, ensuring hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems function correctly and safely within rig environments. The CRT Integration Lead is accountable for system readiness, diagnostics, and problem resolution, supporting both new rig deployments and ongoing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration, troubleshooting, and technical execution of Casing Running Tool (CRT) systems during rig-up, commissioning, and live operations.
• Serve as the technical authority in the field for CRT integration activities, ensuring hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems function correctly and safely within rig environments.
• Be accountable for system readiness, diagnostics, and problem resolution, supporting both new rig deployments and ongoing operations.

Requirements

• Mechatronics or electromechanical background.
• Strong hands-on oilfield experience.
• The ability to operate independently in a rotational, on-call field role.
