Cashier/Receptionist - Evenings

About the role

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for a Cashier Receptionist to cover a temporary need of approximately 6–8 weeks at Napleton’s Lexus of Milwaukee. This role is critical to delivering a positive customer experience in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Calculate customer bills using the dealership’s computer system.
• Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts.
• Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits, and verify against all cash, checks, and credit card payments on hand at the end of each shift.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer unresolved issues to the appropriate individual.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cashier experience; automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to comply with company driving policy.
