Cashier/Receptionist - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Town Auto Group is seeking a highly professional and efficient Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will greet customers, answer phone calls, and process payments accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers upon arrival, answer their queries, and guide them through the process
• Process large payments and ensure all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently
• Complete rental check-out and check-in procedures promptly
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and cash balance at the end of each shift
• Direct customer complaints and work to resolve them in a timely and amicable manner
• Operate computer, multi-line phone system, scanners, and other electronics to perform job duties
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure the smooth operation of the facility

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to speak both English and Spanish
• 1-2 years of experience in a cashier or receptionist role
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Demonstrated proficiency in handling cash and operating electronic equipment
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite and database software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
