About the role

We're looking for fun, flexible, people-oriented team members to join Knox Pizza, LLC (Domino's) as customer service representatives. This role involves taking orders over the phone, completing orders at pickup, and delivering pizzas to customers' cars. You'll learn to make our full menu—pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and more—quickly and efficiently to create great customer experiences. Responsibilities

• Take customer orders over the phone with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Complete orders during customer pickup, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
• Deliver pizzas to customers' cars or homes.
• Prepare menu items, including pizzas, pastas, and sandwiches, quickly and efficiently.
• Create memorable customer experiences through excellent service.

Requirements

• 16+ years of age.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Currently resides near a store location.
• Pass a background check.
• High energy and a great positive attitude.
• Strong people skills and a love for interacting with customers.
