About the role
We're looking for fun, flexible, people-oriented customer service representatives to join our team. This role involves taking orders over the phone, completing orders at pickup, and delivering pizzas to customers' cars. You'll learn to make our full menu—pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and more—quickly and efficiently, helping us create great customer experiences.
This is a part-time position with a schedule of 3-4 nights per week, starting between 4pm-6pm and ending between 8pm-10pm. It’s perfect for those needing extra cash, a second job, or a flexible gig that fits around school or other commitments.
Due to our rapid growth, there are plenty of opportunities for advancement—whether into management or beyond.
Responsibilities
- Take customer orders over the phone with a friendly and engaging attitude
- Complete orders efficiently during customer pickup
- Deliver pizzas to customers’ cars
- Prepare pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and other menu items quickly and accurately
- Create memorable customer experiences through fast, high-quality service
Requirements
- 16+ years of age
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Currently resides near a store location
- Pass a background check
- High energy and a great positive attitude
- Strong people skills and a love for interacting with customers
