About the role
We're looking for fun, flexible, people-oriented team members to join Knox Pizza, LLC (Domino's) as customer service representatives. This role is perfect for those who enjoy interacting with others and want a job that fits around school, social life, or other commitments—whether part-time, full-time, or as a second job for extra cash.
You’ll engage with customers by taking orders over the phone, completing orders at pickup, or delivering pizzas to their cars. A love for people and a positive attitude are essential. We’ll train you to make our full menu—pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and more—quickly and efficiently, ensuring great customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Take customer orders over the phone with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Complete orders accurately during customer pickup
- Deliver pizzas to customers’ cars or homes
- Prepare pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and other menu items quickly and to Domino’s standards
- Maintain a high-energy, positive attitude to create memorable customer experiences
Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Currently resides near a store location
- Pass a background check
- High energy and a great positive attitude
- Strong people skills and a love for customer interaction
