About the Role

Cashier/Order Takers at Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa are responsible for recording guest food and/or beverage orders and offering menu suggestions. This position also processes forms of payment for goods and services, including room charges, credit card, and cash. As the final point of contact for the guest experience, Cashier/Order Takers play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Record guest food and beverage orders accurately.
• Provide menu suggestions to enhance guest experience.
• Process payments, including room charges, credit cards, and cash.
• Ensure a positive and satisfying guest experience.

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Availability to work a minimum of 2 days per week.

Pay

Hourly rate starts at $24.06 per hour. After a 90-day probationary period, the rate increases to $28.30 per hour.
