Job Overview

LV Petroleum is a prominent player in the fuel and convenience service industry, known for our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service. We are currently seeking a motivated and personable Cashier to join our team at our travel centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases while addressing any queries professionally.
• Transaction Processing: Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Store Cleanliness: Keep the cashier area and surrounding environment clean, organized, and inviting for customers.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an understanding of products and promotions to provide helpful information to customers.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
• Restocking Assistance: Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and restocking as required.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Skills: Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions accurately.
• Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Dependability: Must be reliable and flexible, able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
