Cashier / Host / Attendant

Our franchise organization, Vitall Partners, is seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team as Cashiers / Hosts. First and last impressions are formed when guests enter and leave Golden Corral, making this role critical to guest satisfaction and repeat visits.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and offer a sincere invitation to return as they leave.
• Assist guests with any needs, including processing Golden Corral On the Go To-Go orders.
• Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor during phone interactions.
• Handle payments accurately and balance the cash drawer with daily paperwork.
• Follow position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.
• Stay informed about daily buffet offerings, menu items, and prices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas.
• Assist in ensuring the buffet is set up properly, labels are correct, and all areas are cleaned according to health department laws.
• Perform duty roster tasks to meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
• Notify the Manager when cash needs to be moved to the safe to reduce robbery risk.

This position is with an independent franchisee of Golden Corral Corporation. All hiring decisions will be made by the franchisee.
