CASHIER HOST

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer phones and manage reservations
• Cook up guest seating and ensure fair rotation of servers
• Communicate wait times and enhance guest experience with recommendations
• Address and resolve guest questions or concerns
• Support servers and bussers as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area
• Aid with side work, stocking, and operational tasks
• Promote rewards programs, services, and venue offerings
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality with ability to engage guests
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Basic computer and phone system skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings (or willingness to learn)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Professional appearance and adherence to dress standards
• Capable of standing, walking, and moving continuously throughout shift
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds
• Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working in a loud, busy restaurant environment
• Capable of handling multiple guest and team demands calmly and professionally
