Cash Vault Operations Processor 4 - Portland, OR (M-F 10:30am-7pm)
About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cash Vault Processor to join our operations team. This is a production-based role responsible for accurately processing cash deposits for both commercial and internal customers. This position is strictly non-customer facing and focuses on back-end processing within a secure cash handling environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process and verify cash deposits for commercial and internal accounts
- Count, sort, and balance large volumes of currency in a high-volume production environment
- Ensure all transactions are completed in accordance with established procedures and compliance standards
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and internal controls
- Meet daily production and accuracy goals
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to repeatedly move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic math and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in cash handling, banking operations, or processing roles preferred

$20.00 - $24.09 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
