Key Responsibilities
- Process and post customer payments, wire transfers, ACH payments, and checks
- Reconcile daily cash activity and bank statements
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Monitor outstanding balances and support collections activities
- Prepare cash reports and assist with forecasting
- Cook with with accounting, accounts receivable, and treasury teams
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
- Aid with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Communicate with customers and banks regarding payment issues
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of accounting, cash application, or finance experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
