Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for Cash Management-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating to the Cash Management team as needed.
- Monitor and support Positive Pay services daily, including addressing customer inefficiencies and assisting with follow-ups.
- Aid ACH users with file uploads, limit modifications, and troubleshooting inquiries.
- Support RDC customers, ensuring smooth system operations.
- Collaborate with Digital Banking, Deposit Operations, and Office Managers to deliver integrated support.
- Serve as a backup for the Cash Management Specialist and Private Bankers when required.
- Offer support for Digital Wire-related issues and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent coursework; or 23 years of experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- AAP Certification is desirable but not required.
