Purpose/Objective
Responsible for broad array of cash management implementation, technical support, customer service and business support functions in conjunction with Commercial Lending, Retail Banking and Operations departments.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain high level of knowledge of the bank’s cash management, domestic and international products and services.
- Provide support for Cash Management consultative sales functions in conjunction with Lenders, BBOs and Branch personnel and assist in ongoing relationship management activities.
- Aid in the creation and delivery of proposals and presentation materials.
- Ensure successful implementation and maintenance of cash management services in conjunction with business partners.
- Perform on-site and phone-based product installation and customer training.
- Work with customers and 3rd party providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Provide Cash Management product demonstrations and training.
- Coordinate underwriting, maintenance and exception processing for ACH and Remote Deposit limits, in conjunction with lending teams and support units.
- Coordinate and execute customer communications.
- Perform MIS reporting related to Cash Management financial performance and product activity.
- Cookordination and support projects related to product development, Bank integrations and conversions.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of cash management sales/service experience.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong detail orientation.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents.
Travel
Travel within the New England area is required.
