Cash Applications Analyst - Remote

About the role

The Cash Application Analyst supports Soleo Health's Specialty Infusion Pharmacy and works remotely within the USA. Join us in simplifying complex care!

Responsibilities

• Reviews all supporting documentation (delivery tickets, compound records, orders, invoices, payments etc.) for payor audits and refund requests
• Prepares, records and tracks all external audit findings and refund requests
• Communicates any risk associated with audit findings
• Manages the unapplied cash account and recommends unapplied cash funds to take to revenue based on defined company criteria
• Completes necessary documents for payor EFTs
• Conducts monthly and quarterly cash/unapplied cash reviews and provides reports, as required by management

Requirements

• Minimum two years’ experience in cash posting for infusion or specialty pharmacy
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Knowledge of medical/pharmacy insurance payments, EOB’s/remits
• Extremely detail-oriented

Pay

$23-$28 per hour
