This position is within the Public Sector Lockbox business, a multi-shift, 363 days-per-year operational unit that provides services to government clients to assist them in managing receivables and sensitive documents. The core function in Getzville is Data Entry.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards in all data entry functions, including auditing
  • Demonstrate high focus and attention to detail to ensure strong quality and minimize rework
  • Adapt readily and positively to changes in deadlines and daily work assignments
  • Escalate observed issues timely and appropriately
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate professionally with team members, peers, and managers across shifts to meet client timelines and quality requirements
  • Assist with staff education as needed
  • Operate within a highly regulated, high-security environment; adhere to all departmental and corporate policies, dress code, client requirements, and compliance guidelines

  • Perform data entry and auditing of client products

  • Provide backup coverage for team members and assist as needed
  • Adhere to all departmental guidelines and policies

Requirements

  • Demonstrated history of strong interpersonal skills and positive peer engagement in a diverse environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented operation with strict deadlines and service levels
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to multi-task and prioritize in a high-paced processing environment
  • Demonstrated history of working well within a team environment, requiring respectful communication and teamwork
  • Excellent attention to detail, targeting straight-through processing
  • General PC proficiency, including MS Office and Lockbox Applications
  • Public Sector Lockbox operations experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills
  • Highly motivated and execution-driven
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
  • Prior Lockbox, payment processing, banking, or operations experience preferred
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Manual dexterity required, as all tasks are repetitive
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (green card) required
  • Must be able to speak, write, and understand English
  • Must pass an extensive background check including criminal, credit, and drug screening (renewed every 5 years)
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Must successfully complete the Background and Treasury File process
  • Must meet data entry productivity and quality goals
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team member
  • Ability to respond under pressure and multi-task
  • Ability to work overtime and flexible work hours based on business needs
  • Excellent attendance required
  • Schedule must include one weekend night

Pay

$37,440.00 - $44,320.00 annually. In addition to salary, eligible employees may receive discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
