Caseworker Intern – [Marietta, OH] (Unpaid, Fall 2026)

Responsibilities

• Aid in the development, modification, and monitoring of individual client programming.
• Act as a liaison with referral sources to support client progress.
• Support appropriate community referrals and connections for clients.
• Aid in the development of assessment-based case plans.
• Maintain client compliance with program rules and expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support case management staff.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (Social Work, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Human Services, or related field preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and clients.
• Professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
