Case Planners (MSW/BSW)

Location: Bronx, NY (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full Time
Pay Range: $66,400–$68,400 per year plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus

About the role

This role requires 90% client/home visits within the Bronx and flexibility in work schedule, including at least 1–2 Saturdays per month. You will work in a collaborative environment to support children with diverse mental health needs, managing a caseload of approximately 10 children, providing intensive casework, and coordinating essential services. Proficiency in using generic child welfare systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with therapists, education specialists, and social workers.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 10 children.
• Provide intensive casework services.
• Conduct outreach to connect families with community resources.
• Coordinate Family Team Conferences.
• Maintain accurate case records.
• Participate in case consultations.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Foster Care experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Excellent verbal, writing, and organizational skills.
