Jefferson District Court has an opening for a Case Manager in Jefferson County. The position is non-tenured, with a pay grade of 09, and an annual salary of $36,656.40 - $48,789.84. The employment type is Judicial Branch, with 37.5 hours of work per week.
Responsibilities
Responsible for providing assistance to the district court judges, docket management, and scheduling. Reports to the chief court administrator.
- Facilitate remote court appearances
- Manage e-que for judges as needed
- Manage docket numbers for general pass dates and trial and hearing calendars for each assigned courtroom
- Serve as liaison for bar and pro-se individuals to conduct e-filing
- Route e-filed documents to the appropriate judge for signature
- Handle in-person and electronic re-docket requests
- Provide judge and justice partners with appropriate, time-specific dates
- Manage KYcourts and SharePoint calendars and inputting data
- Review unserved e-warrants for random assignment
- Serve as the court contact for parties or other court agencies
- Maintain records and statistical information
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
The minimum requirements for this position include an Associate's Degree and 1 year of job-related experience, or a High School diploma and 3 years of job-related experience.
