Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume caseload of workers’ compensation claims from intake through resolution
- Gather and review medical records, wage information, and employment documents
- Maintain organized and accurate case files in the firm’s system
- Serve as a main point of contact for clients, providing updates and support
- Communicate with medical providers and insurance adjusters
- Track case progress and manage deadlines
- Draft routine correspondence and case documents
- Assist attorneys with preparing for hearings, mediations, and settlements

Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- 1+ year of workers’ compensation, personal injury, or case management preferred
- Familiarity with the workers’ compensation process and medical records is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Understanding of HIPAA and ability to maintain confidentiality
